Candice Lange is an accomplished advocate for work/life integration and women’s advancement. Most recently, Candi served as Founder and Director for Purdue University’s Center for Women in Management, where she equipped women and men with competencies to lead a gender-diverse workforce and overcome gender-related challenges. Candi began her career at Eli Lilly and Company, where she led multiple departments and initiatives – capping off her notable time there as Director of Workforce Partnering (Diversity and Work-Life).

In addition to her celebrated work at Lilly and Purdue, she has been a consultant for over 10 years, training teams of professionals to overcome gender-related and work/life integration challenges.

A leader and community servant, Candi has been an active volunteer throughout her life. For 18 years, Candi has been a Board Member at St. Mary’s Child Center in Indianapolis. For over 24 years, Candi has been an Advisory Board Member at Purdue’s Center for Families. An Indiana native, Candi earned a BS in Pharmacy from Purdue and an MBA from IU’s Kelley School of Business.
